David Maung

David Maung is a seasoned communication and media professional with extensive experience in public relations, marketing, and live production. Currently serving as the Public Information Officer for Shasta County since October 2022, David previously held the position of Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Turtle Bay Exploration Park from October 2020 to September 2022. Additional experience includes roles as a Videographer/Producer at DKM Video and Studio Supervisor/Videographer at Form Factory. David's career also features a significant period as Live Stream Director at Bethel Church, overseeing production for Bethel TV and Bethel Music. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Queens College and has prior education from Towson University and Hauppauge High School.
