Dustin Baker has extensive experience in the SBA (Small Business Administration) sector. Dustin is the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Shatterbox, an apprenticeship platform that modernizes recruitment and learning processes for SBA lenders. Dustin is also the CEO & Founder of Baker Lewis, an SBA advisory firm that focuses on building well-aligned relationships for client success. In addition, they have been the Executive Producer and Host of The SBA Roadshow, a show highlighting the positive impact of SBA loan programs on communities. Earlier in their career, Dustin served as the Director of Recruiting at BMC Capital, where they led recruitment activities for commercial real estate loans. Dustin was also a top producer at Terry & Associates, specializing in executive recruitment for the SBA and commercial finance sector. Prior to that, Dustin was the AVP of Communications at NAGGL, where they developed relationships with SBA lending division executives and worked on advocacy for small business lending programs.
