Shane Lewis

Shane Lewis has a diverse work experience in various roles within the finance and recruiting sectors. Shane is currently working at Baker Lewis, an SBA Advisory firm, where they serve as an SBA Recruiter, President, and Co-Founder. Prior to this, they worked at The SBA Roadshow as a Co-Executive Producer, highlighting the positive impact of the Small Business Administration's loan programs. Shane also co-founded Shatterbox, a program that addresses the employment crisis in the SBA lending industry through a 1-year apprenticeship program, where they serve as the Chief Recruiting Officer. Before these ventures, Shane held positions as a Director at Angott Search Group and a Recruiter at ThinkingAhead, an executive recruiting firm. Shane also worked at Wells Fargo as a Branch Manager and as a Teller at SunTrust.

Shane Lewis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi. Shane attended the university from 2000 to 2005. In 2015, they also obtained the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) certification from the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS).
