Lisa Kugler

Lisa Kugler has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on behavioral health and integrated care. Their most recent position was as Senior Vice President at Shatterproof, where they led strategic and growth initiatives for the ATLAS product line. Prior to that, they served as General Manager of Beacon Care Services at Beacon Health Options, overseeing strategic vision and partnerships. Lisa also held various leadership roles within Beacon Care Services, including Vice President Clinical and Vice President/CEO of the Maryland Engagement Center.

Before joining Beacon Health Options, Lisa worked as the Vice President of Clinical Services for Pennsylvania at Value Options/Beacon Health Options. Lisa has also worked at VA Pittsburgh as a psychologist and team leader, and at VAPHS as a research coordinator. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a therapist at the Indiana County Community Guidance Center, mobile therapist at Northwestern Human Services/Twin Lakes Division, and therapist at Gateway Rehabilitation Center.

Throughout their career, Lisa has shown a strong ability to manage teams, develop partnerships, and drive growth and innovation in the healthcare industry.

From 2001 to 2007, Lisa Kugler pursued their education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a Psy.D. degree in Psychology.
