Brian Deroche

Brian DeRoche is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and management within the maritime and environmental sectors. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Shaver Transportation Co since May 2024, Brian's prior roles include District Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, and Vessel Manager at Transmarine Navigation Corp. Brian's expertise includes conducting audits as a Ballast Water Inspector for the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and performing marine operations and contract management at The CSL Group Inc. Early career accomplishments featured scientific diving and managing penguin exhibit safety at the New England Aquarium. Brian holds an MBA in International Marketing from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BS in Marine Biology from the University of New England.
