Matt Ratelle is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education coordination, management, and media. Currently serving as Education Coordinator and previously in various membership services roles at Shaw Festival since September 2013, Matt focuses on donor acquisition and stewardship while resolving patron issues. Prior experience includes founding TrainREK Media Network, where responsibilities encompassed branding and event planning, and managing roles at Healthcare Services Group and Cannon Greco Management. Matt has also held positions in operational management and quality control, showcasing a strong aptitude for leadership, training, and customer service. Educational credentials include studies at Niagara College from 2006 to 2008.
