Deb Oxley OBE DL is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee ownership and governance. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Capital for Colleagues and Shawston International Ltd, and as Chair of the Shaw healthcare Employee Ownership Trust and the Sewell Group Employee Ownership Trust, Oxley also holds board positions with Future Humber, Gripple Limited, LOADHOG, and GLIDE Ltd. Additionally, Oxley is the Founding Director of Oxley Works Ltd, providing consultancy services to enhance sustainable and inclusive business practices. As Chair of the Board of Trustees for OFFICIAL CatZero Humber, Oxley is dedicated to fostering personal change in vulnerable communities. Oxley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Humberside University.
