Alicia Sadler

Alicia Sadler is an experienced professional in the flooring industry, currently serving as a Territory Manager for Builders at Shaw Industries since June 2016, with prior roles including Hard Surface Territory Manager and Hard Surface Sales Trainee. Alicia began their career at Shaw Industries as a Sales Intern in mid-2015 and previously worked as a Camp Counselor at Camp Mataponi in 2014. Alicia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from LSU Shreveport, completed in October 2023, and earned a degree from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business from 2012 to 2016.
