Annie Cowart

Anne-Marie Cowart is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles at Shaw Industries since May 2001. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Residential Customer and Sales Enablement, Anne-Marie has held multiple positions, including Vice President of Residential Marketing & Digital Commerce and Vice President of Customer Experience - Commercial. Earlier roles include Client Contact Center Director, Inside Sales Manager, and Business Manager III, in addition to regional operations management and superintendency positions at different distribution plants. Prior to Shaw Industries, Anne-Marie worked as Shop Director at Bath & Body Works. Academically, Anne-Marie holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
