David Bates

David Bates is an experienced professional in sales and management within the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the Divisional Vice President of APAC sales at Shaw Industries since August 2020, David has previously held significant roles at Trespa as General Manager for Asia-Pacific, overseeing the P&L and managing various teams across sales, marketing, engineering, logistics, and finance. Prior experience includes positions as International Business Manager and Intercell Project Manager at Interface, where David managed Northeast Asian sales and introduced a new product line, and as Area Manager for Eastern and Central China, responsible for a substantial portion of the business in that region.
