Lamar Starks has extensive experience in the flooring industry, currently serving as the VP of Member Success for Shaw Industries since 2006, where the focus is on fostering healthy partnerships with Shaw Flooring Network Members in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Prior roles include Residential Sales Training Manager, where the emphasis was on developing sales talent, and Manager of Inside Sales, during which Lamar successfully expanded an Inside Sales team to 24 professionals and introduced a new Team Sales approach in the B2B sector. Earlier experience includes a position as Sales Consultant and Achievement Specialist at CLA from 2001 to 2006.
