Prior positions at Shaw Industries include Project Manager, Associate Project Manager, and Project Coordinator, where Scott managed multiple system-related projects through all phases of the project life cycle. Earlier in Scott's career, service in the United States Army included various roles from January 1984 to January 1988 at multiple locations, such as Fort Dix, Aberdeen, and Fort Irwin.
