Brooke Kozak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and legal investigations. Currently serving as the Investigation Practice Leader and Senior Investigator at Shaw Law Group, PC since June 2016, Brooke provides specialized employment law advice and conducts workplace investigations for various employers. Prior experience includes roles at the California Dental Association, where Brooke functioned as a Human Resources Generalist, Manager of Peer Review/Judicial Council, and Judicial Council Administrator, managing HR functions, recruiting strategies, and overseeing peer review programs. Earlier experience at the Central Florida YMCA as Membership Director and at Herrle Communications Group as Business Manager laid a strong foundation in membership marketing and public relations. Brooke holds a Juris Doctorate in Business Law from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University, and has attended Oregon State University.
