Alison Dixon

Alison Dixon has worked in the mortgage industry since 2003. Alison began their career at PHH Mortgage as a Mortgage Advisor Assistant and Senior Loan Processor, before transitioning to Operations Supervisor and Transaction Specialist. In 2017, they moved to Guaranteed Rate Affinity as Regional Operations Manager, where they planned, established, and executed work flow and process for 10-15 Mortgage Consultants, Loan Coordinators, Operations Assistants, and Closing Coordinators in the Processing department. In 2020, they joined NewRez LLC as Operations Manager, and is currently employed at Shaw Systems Associates, LLC as Senior Strategic Account Manager.

Alison Dixon obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Widener University between 1999 and 2003. Alison also has several certifications, including "Share Data Through the Art of Visualization" from Coursera obtained in November 2022, "Analyze Data to Answer Questions" from Coursera obtained in October 2022, "Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions" from Coursera obtained in October 2022, "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" from Coursera obtained in October 2022, "Prepare Data for Exploration" from Coursera obtained in October 2022, "Process Data from Dirty to Clean" from Coursera obtained in October 2022, and "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt" from PHH Mortgage.
