Jishnu Vasudevan

Jishnu Vasudevan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jishnu currently serves as the Assistant Director - Supply Chain at Shawarmer, a role they started in May 2021. Prior to this, Jishnu worked at Herfy Food Services Company as the Assistant Director - Supply Chain for over a year, where they managed the entire supply chain team and oversaw day-to-day activities. Jishnu also acted as the director for the department for 10 months, during which they successfully managed inventory during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Before joining Herfy Food Services Company, Jishnu worked at Delicious Food as the Supply Chain Manager, where they were responsible for managing the complete supply chain operation and implementing cost-effective ERP and POS solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Dairy Queen as the Assistant Manager Supply Chain.

Jishnu's earlier experience includes working as a Product Manager at Al Nasser Group, where they managed the entire product line and maintained balance between demand and supply. Jishnu also worked as a Demand Planner at Al Nasser Group, where they designed and generated statistical forecast reports and continuously improved forecasting techniques. Additionally, Jishnu served as a Senior Procurement Engineer at Al Nasser Group, where they handled various procurement responsibilities and played a key role in SAP implementation.

Before joining Al Nasser Group, Jishnu worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Nison Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and as an Electrical Engineer at Essar Refinery, Gujarat. Jishnu also worked as an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer at PCT (I) Pvt. Ltd. earlier in their career.

Jishnu Vasudevan completed their Master of Science (MS) in Strategic Supply Chain Management from the University of Roehampton between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NSS College of Engineering from 2005 to 2009. In 1999 to 2005, Jishnu attended PMGHSS but didn't obtain a specific degree or field of study.

In terms of additional certifications, Jishnu has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn. In January 2023, they obtained certifications in "34 Things to Know about Carbon and Climate," "Closing the Green Skills Gap to Power a Greener Economy and Drive Sustainability," "Managing Stress," "Navigating Environmental Sustainability: A Guide for Leaders," "Sustainability Strategies," "Sustainability as an Innovation Opportunity," and "Sustainable and ESG Supply Chains." In June 2022, they obtained certifications in "Finance for Non-Financial Managers," "How to Set Goals When Everything Feels Like a Priority," "Leading with Emotional Intelligence," "Leading with Purpose," "Managing To-Do Lists," "Security Tips: Protecting Sensitive Information," "Supply Chain Cybersecurity: Preventing Supply Chain Attacks," and "The Practices of High-Performing Employees." Additionally, Jishnu obtained certifications in "Developing Credibility as a Leader," "Developing Executive Presence," "Developing Your Leadership Philosophy," "Digital Transformation in Supply Chains," and "Ecommerce Success Stories" in May 2022.
