Becca Shawyer

Becca Shawyer has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in event management and administration. Currently, Becca serves as a Senior Manager of Events & Sponsorship at Shawbrook Bank, having advanced through multiple roles in the organization since joining in September 2018. Prior to this, Becca worked at SLM - Everyone Active as a Lifeguard, where responsibilities included ensuring pool safety and managing facility setups. Becca's earlier experience includes administrative positions at Hogan Lovells and Herbert Smith Freehills, supporting senior leadership in partner recruitment and legal resourcing. Becca holds a CileX Legal Secretary Diploma from South Essex College and is a graduate of The Bromfords School.
