Clare Wallis

Clare Wallis is a legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law. Currently serving as the Head of Legal for Real Estate at Shawbrook Bank since May 2019, Clare previously held senior legal counsel positions and worked as an associate at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP and Charles Russell LLP. With a legal career beginning at Kennedys, expertise includes commercial property transactions, real estate investments, property finance, and telecommunications related to property. Clare also has a background in education, having taught English as a Foreign Language at various institutions from 1993 to 1999. Clare holds a PgDL and LPC in Law from BPP Law School and a BA (Hons) in French from Bangor University.
