Mikko Peltoniemi

Mikko Peltoniemi serves as the Head of Legal and Real Estate at Touhula-päiväkodit since May 2018, focusing on real estate matters, M&A transactions, contract negotiations, and corporate compliance. Prior to this role, Mikko worked as Legal Counsel at Huhtamäki Oyj from January 2012 to August 2017, providing legal support for commercial matters, human resources, and compliance training while also serving as Secretary of the Board HR Committee. Earlier experience includes positions as an Associate at Waselius & Wist, specializing in cross-border M&A and corporate law, and at Asianajotoimisto Eino Patoila Oy, assisting in bankruptcy estate management and contract drafting. Mikko holds a degree from the University of Turku, completed between 1999 and 2006.
