Ian Jones

Ian Jones is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in commercial real estate and relationship management. Currently serving as a Relationship Manager at Shawbrook Bank since August 2022, Ian has previously held positions at Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Ltd as an Underwriter and at Aldermore Bank PLC as a Senior Underwriter Specialist in Lending. Ian's experience at Nationwide Building Society involved managing commercial real estate lending as a Lending Manager, and as a Commercial Debt Restructure Manager focusing on distressed facilities. Ian has also directed a £1bn portfolio as a Property Finance Manager at The Co-operative Banking Group and started a career in business development at Britannia Building Society, overseeing new business origination and key customer relationships.
