Philippa Pykett

Philippa Pykett has a diverse work experience history. Philippa started their career at Royal Bank of Scotland as a Strategy Graduate in 2008 and later worked as a Senior Change Analyst and Business Performance Manager. In 2013, they joined Capco as a Principal Consultant, where they stayed until 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Digital SME Lending Growth at Shawbrook Bank, after previously serving as Head of Product, Origination and Senior Manager - Business Implementation.

Philippa Pykett received a BA (Hons) 2.1 degree in Management from The University of Sheffield. Philippa also obtained a Diploma in Business Analysis from the Chartered Institute for IT in 2010-2011.
