Selina Han is an experienced professional with a strong background in product operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Product Operations Lead at Shawbrook Bank since July 2023, Selina previously held roles such as People Processes & Systems Programme Manager at Prima and Product Operations Manager at Xplor, where responsibilities included managing product lifecycle and tracking customer feedback to enhance product offerings. As the CEO and Founder of Hong Kong Proficiency Consultancy Company Ltd., Selina established multiple educational consultancy sites across Hong Kong, Malaysia, and China. Additionally, Selina co-founded Guangzhou De Cheng Consultancy & Development Company Ltd., overseeing operations and implementing innovative business models. Earlier career roles include Director of Product at Yondor Education Development Company Ltd. and Head Teacher at ZENITH INTERNATIONAL.
