Christian Urday, P.Eng., is a problem solver with a strong focus on leadership in quality management and operational performance. They have served as a Quality Manager at Shawflex since 2024 and previously held significant roles at SKF Group, where they led multiple ISO management systems implementations and spearheaded Lean Six Sigma projects. Christian's early career included positions as a Customer Service Coordinator and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor at Dominion Colour Corporation, where they achieved substantial cost savings and improved customer satisfaction. They hold multiple degrees and certifications, including in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from York University and a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
