Alexx Nawrocki

Alexx Nawrocki is currently serving as an Assistant Estimator at Shawmut Design and Construction since June 2024. Previously, Alexx worked as a Real Estate Data Analyst at LandVest from August 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included conducting property valuations, analyzing data from various sources, and producing appraisal reports. Prior experience also includes a role as an Assistant Property Manager at The Dolben Company, Inc. and a Management Trainee, focusing on property performance metrics and tenant relations. Additional roles include serving as a Server at Earth Eagle Brewings and working as a Teacher Assistant at St. Lawrence University. Alexx holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Communications with a minor in English from St. Lawrence University and studied at the University of Otago in 2018. Educational background includes completion of high school at Portsmouth High School, NH.
