Caleb Watanabe

Caleb Watanabe, MA, CSP, currently serves as a Safety Manager at Shawmut Design and Construction, overseeing the safety of approximately 1,000 construction workers on the Wal-Mart Home Office project and participating in the Wal-Mart Home Office Campus Safety Leadership Team. Previously, Caleb held the position of Corporate Instructor and Safety Administrator at Multi-Craft Contractors, Inc., where responsibilities included managing safety training and policy enforcement for a workforce of over 700 employees. Earlier experience includes roles as an Account Executive at Dunk Fire & Security, where project management and risk assessment were key responsibilities, and as a Licensed Associate Client Advisor at Arvest Wealth Management, dealing with lending and wealth management. Caleb began a career in construction as a General Laborer at Multi-Craft Contractors, Inc., working on various commercial and industrial projects. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & History from Arkansas Tech University and a Master's degree in History with a focus on Economics from the University of Arkansas.
