Paul Praylo

Paul Praylo has a strong background in executive leadership and board governance within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Board Director for Shawmut Design and Construction and GeoStabilization International®, a KKR portfolio company, Paul also held significant roles as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at NVR, Inc., and Chief Operating Officer for AECOM's Construction Services. Prior to these positions, Paul was the Chief Financial Officer at Tishman Construction, an AECOM Company. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. in Finance and Information Systems from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College.
