Christy Jaimet is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in patient intake and customer advocacy. Currently serving as the Patient Intake Director at Shawnee Health since March 2010, Christy has also held roles such as Employee Service Onboarding Coordinator and Contact Center Coordinator. Prior to Shawnee Health, Christy worked as a Customer Advocate for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from December 2006 to April 2010, where responsibilities included processing claims and providing eligibility and health care benefits to providers. Christy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Care Administration from Capella University and has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Health Care Yellow Belt certification from Purdue University.
