Shaz Rajashekar

Shaz Rajashekar is a co-founder of SHAZ & KIKS, a hair wellness company utilizing Ayurvedic principles to create eco-conscious, nutrient-rich hair products. Rajashekar has extensive experience at Smith & Nephew from December 2015 to December 2023, serving in various leadership roles including Global Director for Ear, ENT, and Global Marketing Director for Shoulder Repair and Sports Medicine. Rajashekar has been instrumental in developing innovative technologies and driving strategic growth initiatives across multiple global markets. Prior experience includes roles at 3M, where Rajashekar held positions as Global Marketing Manager and Strategic Planning Manager, focusing on market creation and strategic initiatives. Rajashekar holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston.
