Mike Spurgin

Mike Spurgin has over 16 years of work experience in the technology industry. Mike began their career as a PC Technician at Iowa Health System, where they replaced workstations and peripheral devices. Mike then worked as a Systems Administrator at Cambridge Investment Research, managing and supporting the business infrastructure. After that, they served as a Team Lead Server Support at Aviva, overseeing a team responsible for managing 1,300 servers and infrastructure applications. Mike later joined DHI Group, Inc. as a Team Lead of Platform Systems Engineering, where they monitored and maintained Microsoft-centric business systems. Most recently, Mike is serving as the Vice President of Infrastructure at SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc. where they are responsible for leading the infrastructure team.

Mike Spurgin attended Indian Hills Community College from 2001 to 2003 where they obtained an Associates degree in Applied Science in Computer Systems/Networks. Mike then went on to study Technology Management at Buena Vista University from 2003 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor's degree.
