Paul Bedon Garcia

Paul Bedon Garcia has extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Paul began their career at BBVA en Perú in 2013, where they held various positions, including Banker of Construction & Infrastructure - Vice President - Corporate and Investment Banking. In this role, they developed and grew client relationships, assessed clients' needs, and helped establish the bank's presence in the local market. Paul received recognition for their high performance, including winning the "Champions 2021" competition.

Prior to that, they worked at HSBC Bank Peru as a Corporate Banking Analyst, where they supported business officers in structuring corporate financing and conducted detailed financial analysis of corporate clients.

In 2013, Paul completed a Specialization Program in Corporate Finance from Pacífico Business School. In 2019, they attended the University of Deusto for an Executive Education program in Investments. Additionally, they completed an Executive program in Strategic Management and Corporate Finance from IE Business School in the same year. In 2019, Paul pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Risk from CENTRUM PUCP. Most recently, they have been enrolled in the Escuela de Posgrado de la Universidad de Lima, where they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law, specializing in Business Law. Paul is also an active learner, having obtained several certifications from prestigious institutions such as Duke University, University of California, Davis, and University of Michigan. Paul is a CFA Level II Candidate and a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Society.
