Praveen Kashyap is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in the fitness and technology sectors. As the CEO and Founder of SHC since January 2018, Praveen collaborates with Health Club executives to identify and address their challenges through tailored solutions. In April 2023, Praveen took on dual roles as CEO and CTO at Well Health Brands. Previously, Praveen founded SmartWeights, a company focused on enhancing athletic training through innovative workout tracking technologies. Praveen's career includes significant roles at Samsung, where as Sr. Director, leadership in global technology product development resulted in high-quality market-ready products, and at Motorola, where contributions included a prominent role in cable STB software strategy and the launch of EDA toolsets. Praveen holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science (Graphics) and an MS in Mechanical Engineering (Robotics) from Arizona State University, along with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
