Carol Chang

Carol is the CFO at SHE-CAN. She co-founded Olive Labs, and is the CFO for a Family Office based in LA. She spent five years at Ernst & Young, was a V.P. of Finance at KKR Financial, a Corporate Controller for a west coast based hedge fund, and worked in the Corporate Accounting practice at Blue Shield of California. Carol received her B.A. in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, her M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia, and is a licensed CPA in the state of California. She has volunteered with a number of organizations, including Wildtracks, Cross Cultural Solutions, the Marine Mammal Center and Action For Nature. Carol was a mentor to SHE-CAN graduate Jocelyn Mizero (Lafayette College, Class of 2018), and is currently mentoring Jennifer Maxwell (Muhlenberg College, Class of 2024).
