Nancy Murphy

Nancy is a strategist and communicator working with organizations that strive to shape the future. She is Director, Content & Collaborations at WorldView Studio, an innovative company that creates media and learning experiences to translate interdisciplinary research for public audiences. Previously, she spent 20 years at Global Business Network, the pre-eminent scenario-planning consultancy, as CMO, Editor-in Chief, and a member of the leadership and management teams. She also ran her own marketing communications firm, was a strategy consultant with Arthur D. Little, and served as a Police Crisis Intervention Specialist. Nancy holds an AB (Phi Beta Kappa) in political science from Wellesley College and chaired the board of its alumnae Business Leadership Council. She also holds an MS in criminal justice and sociology from Arizona State University. Nancy mentored SHE-CAN graduates Rina Ntagozera (Haverford College ’16) and Peninah Ingabire (Muhlenberg College ’19) and is a current mentor to SHE-CAN scholar CeCe (Janet) Kwenah (Lafayette College ’24).
