Erica Miller

Erica Miller has over 10 years of work experience. Erica began their career in 2009 as an Intern at UFO. In 2010, they worked as a Summer Associate at Good Froot, where they were responsible for customer relations, marketing, advertising, managing the weekly schedule, and inventory. In 2011, Erica worked as an Intern at Abington Community Library and Lackawanna County Children's Library, where they worked with the library director in creating annual reports and predictive budgeting for the year, and developed and implemented marketing and public relation plans to bring community members into the library. Later that year, they worked as an Account Manager at 24/7 Real Media. From 2013 to 2016, Erica worked at Martini Inc. as a Team Lead of East Coast Account Management and an Account Manager. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been working at SheKnows Media as a Client Services Manager and Senior Client Services Manager.

Erica Miller graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in College of Science and Library Science. Erica is currently enrolled in CEA Global Education.
