William Broughton

William Broughton has extensive work experience in investment banking and corporate development. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at AGC Partners as an Investment Banking Analyst and later as an Associate in the Technology Investment Banking division. In these roles, they provided strategic advisory services to technology companies. Since 2018, William has been working at Shea & Company, first as an Investment Banking Associate, and currently as Vice President. William has been involved in various transactions, including investments, acquisitions, and private capital raising in the enterprise software sector.

William Broughton has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Duke University. William also studied Finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In addition, they hold certifications in Series 63 and Series 79 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
