David Witte, PE, MBA, LEED AP has over 30 years of work experience in various industries. David started their career at McDonnell Douglas Space Systems as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, where they managed Spacelab payload projects for the NASA Space Shuttle program. David then moved on to Intel Corporation, where they worked as a Project Manager, overseeing in-house cleanroom fab and subfab projects. After that, they joined Micron Technology as a Project Manager for a few years.

In 1998, David joined M. A. Mortenson Company as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing the construction and assisting in the design of cleanroom fabrication plants, water treatment systems, and telecommunications projects. David then worked at Aerie Networks/EBS as a Senior Project Manager, leading the design and construction of telecommunication facilities.

Since 2001, David has been working at Shea Properties as the Vice President of Development. In this role, they are involved in managing entitlements, design, and construction for commercial real estate development projects. David performs tasks such as performing due diligence on site conditions, managing rezoning and development plans with local authorities, and obtaining permits and easements. David also handles the selection and contracting of consultants and contractors, manages project schedules and budgets, and oversees the LEED certification process.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong project management skills, budgeting expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. David has a diverse background in real estate development, telecommunication facilities, cleanroom fabrication, and space systems.

David Witte, PE, MBA, LEED AP received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Utah State University in 1988. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration at Rollins College, graduating in 1993.
