Linda Edington has a diverse range of experience in human resources, spanning over 24 years. Linda currently works at Shea Properties, where they hold the position of Regional Human Resources Director since June 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Regional Human Resources Manager at the same company starting from April 2017. Before joining Shea Properties, Linda worked at Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. as an HR Manager, overseeing 300 distribution sales employees across 29 locations in 9 states. Linda was responsible for implementing various programs related to leadership, culture, staffing, performance, engagement, and compliance. Linda also had brief stints at IKON Office Solutions and Parker Hannifin, where they held HR Manager positions. At Parker Hannifin, they gained comprehensive HR experience in various leadership roles, including Assistant HR Manager and Senior HR Administrator. Linda initially started their career in 1997 at Parker Hannifin as an HR Administrator/Assistant/Specialist.
Linda Edington attended Hiram College from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their degree, Linda Edington has earned several certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, obtained in July 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in December 2014.
