Richard Rutecki

Richard Rutecki has extensive experience in construction and development, spanning over several companies. Richard started their career at Toys 'R' Us, Inc. in 1989, where they served as the Regional Director of Construction for eight years. Richard then joined Homestead Village, Inc. in 1997 as the Vice President - Regional Production Manager. In 1998, they moved to The Home Depot as the Construction Manager for the West Coast Division, where they oversaw the development and construction of around 20 stores per year. In 2005, they joined Kimco Developers, Inc. as the Director of Development & Construction. Richard managed the development process, including financial planning, budget oversight, and coordination with consultants and contractors. Finally, in 2006, they joined Shea Properties, where they held the positions of Director of Construction and Vice President Commercial Construction.

Richard Rutecki pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia Engineering between the years 1977 and 1981.
