James Miranda - Chief Executive Officer - Board Member

James Miranda has extensive experience in executive leadership roles, primarily as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). JAMES has worked in a range of industries, including consumer packaged goods, technology, automotive, and finance.

Miranda's most recent position is as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member for A.T. Cross Company, a renowned manufacturer of fine writing instruments. Prior to this, they served as the CEO and Chairman of the Board for LandShark Consulting Group, where they provided consulting and technology services to private equity firms.

Earlier in their academic career, they obtained an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 1993. JAMES also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University, which was earned between 1983 and 1986. Additionally, James has an Associate of Science degree in Business/Commerce, General from the Community College of the Air Force, which they obtained before 1981.
