Deborah Shearer

Deborah Shearer has over two decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Deborah began their career as an Engineering Intern at Allegheny Power Corporation in 1989 and continued to work as an intern in various roles until 1990. In 1993, Shearer joined Westinghouse Communications Systems as an Installation Support Specialist. Deborah then moved on to Harris RF Communications, where they served as a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer and later as a Business Development Manager for Government Agencies. In 1997, Shearer joined Harris RF Communications as a Sr. Engineer - Secure Communication. In 2003, they became the Director of Engineering and Program Management at SEKO Logistics, MedTec Solutions, and also took on the role of President at MedTec Fulfillment Solutions in the same year. Since 2012, Shearer has been serving as the President of MedTec Fulfillment Solutions, LLC. Additionally, Shearer has experience as the VP of Quality and Engineering at Sutherland Global Logistics. Overall, Deborah Shearer is an electrical engineer with extensive experience in quality systems, process improvement, program management, and leadership roles.

Deborah Shearer pursued an MBA degree in 1996-1997 at the University of Rochester - Simon Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Deborah's education began at Greater Latrobe Senior High School, where they completed their high school education in 1987.
