Wesley Harp

Wesley Harp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial sales and business management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Commercial Sales at Shearer Supply, Inc. since August 2025, Wesley has previously held leadership roles at Lennox, including Commercial District Manager, Regional Business Manager, and Territory Manager from June 2022 to August 2025. Wesley's background also includes a position as Regional Partner Manager at ServiceTitan and various roles at Lennox International where responsibilities included Territory Manager and Store Manager. Wesley began a military career with the 3rd Battalion 23rd Marines, gaining valuable skills as an Infantry Rifleman. Educational credentials include an EMBA from Kennesaw State University and a BS in Business Marketing from Western Kentucky University.
