Alison Robey has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Alison began their career at Cargill, Inc. in 1995, where they held various roles, including Staff Scientist and Solutions Development Manager. Alison later became the Director of Marketing & Technology and an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Cargill.
In 2007, Alison joined Novozymes N.A., Inc. as the Senior Manager of Technical Service for the Americas in the Bioenergy sector.
Alison then moved on to Raven Industries in 2011. At Raven, they held several director positions, including Director of Business Development, Director of New Product Development, and Director of Operations.
In 2020, Alison joined Lallemand as the Vice President of Operations for Baking in North America.
Most recently, in 2021, they became the Vice President of Operations at Shearer's Foods.
Alison Robey has a Ph.D. in Microbiology from McGill University and a B.Sc. in Microbiology from the University of Saskatchewan. Alison also completed the Leadership South Dakota program.
