Elizabeth McNeil

Elizabeth McNeil, SHRM-CP, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Shearer's Foods since October 2018, where previous roles included Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Elizabeth has successfully managed HR functions for large teams, implemented strategic initiatives to enhance employee retention, and navigated transitions during significant corporate changes.
