Martha Rasnake Smith

Martha Rasnake Smith is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Shearer's Snacks since December 2021, Martha has previously held positions including SR HR Advisor and Workforce Relations Manager at General Dynamics Mission Systems from April 2019 to December 2021, and Vice President of Finance, Administration, and Human Resources at Southwest Virginia Community College from October 2017 to December 2021. Martha holds a Master's degree in Law from Regent University and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Milligan College.
