Rachel Mickley has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rachel started their career in 2005 as a Business Generator at McInturf Realty, where they assisted with clerical duties and maintained real estate listings. In 2006, they became an Assistant Store Manager at Hollister Company, overseeing store operations and driving profitability. Rachel then moved on to Hitchcock Fleming & Associates, where they worked as an Account Coordinator and later as an Assistant Account Manager, managing projects and campaigns for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. In 2011, Rachel joined Shearer's Snacks as a Regional, Private Label Product Manager, responsible for product management. Rachel was later promoted to Co-Manufacturing Product Manager and then to Senior Commercialization Manager, where they oversaw the planning and implementation of new and existing products across multiple customers and channels. Rachel currently holds the position of Director of Commercialization Management, Frito & Contract Manufacturing Sales Channels at Shearer's Snacks.
Rachel Mickley received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Mount Union from 2002 to 2005.
