Simon Bingley

Simon Bingley currently serves as the Group Financial Controller at Leger Shearings Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Simon held various positions at DFS, including Senior Finance Business Partner for both Sofology and Transformation from October 2021 to July 2023. Simon's experience also includes significant roles at Benchmark Holdings plc, such as Head of Finance for the Animal Health Division and Group Management Accountant. Earlier career stages featured positions at Grant Thornton UK LLP as an Executive in Financial Accounting Advisory Services, and at Bupa as a Trainee Chartered Accountant. Simon began the professional journey at CHF Accountancy Limited as an Assistant Accountant. Simon completed an ACA qualification through ICAEW from 2010 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Financial Management from Sheffield Hallam University from 2005 to 2009.
