Andrew Lange

Andrew Lange is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Since March 2025, Andrew has served as Chief Financial Officer at Shearwater Health, a pioneer in Clinical Process Outsourcing, focusing on scalable clinical decision support solutions. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at OrthoAlliance, where Andrew contributed to the management of orthopaedic care services, and at Results Physiotherapy, overseeing financial strategy during a period of rapid growth. Earlier experience includes strategic roles at AIM Specialty Health and Water Street Healthcare Partners, where Andrew supported specialty benefit management and healthcare-focused private equity initiatives. Andrew holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
