Dr. Madhavi Jha

Dr. Madhavi Jha is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, product innovation, and business transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Provider Quality Assurance at Shearwater Health since February 2025, Dr. Jha previously held positions at Apollo Hospitals as DGM of Product & Innovation, and at Accenture as Associate Manager of Business Transformation. Prior roles include Manager of Process Excellence at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited and Delivery Manager at IKS Health, where responsibilities encompassed team and client management, along with clinical document management. Dr. Jha is also a qualified dental professional, having worked as a Consultant Dental Surgeon at Aakash Hospital and a Dental Surgeon at a private clinic.
