Jacci Mason has extensive experience in health and wellness operations, currently serving in an Operations role at Shearwater Health since July 2018. Previously, Jacci was a Senior Account Manager at Provant Health from September 2014 to July 2018 and held various positions at Healthways from 2006 to 2012, including Well-Being Program Manager and Senior Specialist in Operations. In these roles, Jacci managed wellness programs, implemented health product offerings, and developed marketing campaigns to improve colleague well-being for over 3,000 employees. Early career experience includes ownership of Stewart Fitness and Consulting, providing personalized fitness programs. Jacci holds degrees in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Math, and German from Bowling Green State University and has a background in Math and Education from The Ohio State University.
