Marie Jozen Reodica

Marie Jozen Reodica has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Marie Jozen began their career as a Customer Service Representative at eTelecare Global Solutions in 2001 and gradually progressed to become a Team Lead and then a Senior Team Lead, managing a team of Support Professionals. Marie Jozen then worked at Stream Global Services as an Operations Manager, overseeing the daily supervision and management of a large team of agents. In 2009, they joined Convergys as a Senior Operations Manager, where they were responsible for managing a group of Shift Managers/Operations Managers and driving performance improvement strategies. In 2014, Marie joined Accenture as an Operations Lead before transitioning to their current position at Shearwater Health. At Shearwater Health, they have held roles such as Director for Operations, Director of Account Management, and currently serves as the VP, Account Management.

Marie Jozen Reodica completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General from De La Salle University from 1995 to 1998. Marie Jozen obtained their Secondary School education at St. Paul College of Pasig from 1991 to 1995, and their Primary School education from 1984 to 1991, also at St. Paul College of Pasig.
