Sainath Sindhe

Sainath Sindhe currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Shearwater Health, a position held since July 2025. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Products & Technology at Firstsource, where Sainath focused on re-imagining content enablement and healthcare delivery models from August 2020 to July 2025, and Vice President of Products and Technology at Highmark Health, concentrating on next-generation healthcare payer platforms from 2018 to 2020. Earlier experiences include leadership roles at Infosys McCamish Systems and Tata Consultancy Services, where Sainath was responsible for product strategy, client relationships, and global solution implementations. Sainath holds an Executive Scholar degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and has completed executive education programs at MIT Sloan School of Management and Carnegie Mellon University. Sainath's educational background also includes an MBA in Finance and Systems from Sri Venkateswara University and a B.E. in Industrial and Production Engineering from Bangalore University.
